Important changes to software access

     
   
     

We have recently let you know that Practical Systems will be changing some of our business processes. These changes are starting soon. This note tells you how they may affect you and what you may need to do to ensure minimal interruption to your use of your software. 

The changes are aimed at improving the security of your software and data whether this is kept on your local PC or on a remote server. They include better control over who has access to your program or data.

INTERRUPTION TO DATA WAREHOUSE 

Access to the data warehouse will be interrupted on the 13th September for scheduled maintenance to the server. 

SOFTWARE ACCESS CHANGES

We will no longer be associating your software with a client ID. You will need to setup an email account to continue to use your program. 

IMPROVED DATA SECURITY

You will be need to verify your email address and other contact information. You also need to confirm who requires access to your software.

NEW PAYMENT OPTIONS

You will be able to pay for your software subscription using our website.
